“SZÍNPAD” – “STAGE”
„Színpad” Bokros Birman Dezső rendkívüli fekete önarcképét talán még soha nem állították ki együtt legpontosabb eredetijével, a vörösre patinázott gipsz verzióval. A Vitruvius Arcimboldónál című relief mintha hátulról bámulná e két portrét. A hatalmas színes képtábla pedig mintha színpadon állna, úgy helyezkedik el e nézők előtt. A Művészetek Palotájának hangversenytermébe készült színes tablók próbadarabjainak ötletéből állt össze a saját lábon álló kompozíció. “Stage” Dezső Bokros Birman’s exceptional black self-portrait and its most accurate prototype, the patinated plaster version are probably exhibited together for the first time. The relief entitled Arcimboldo Visiting Vitruvius seems to be watching the two portraits from behind. The large, colorful image tableau, as if on a stage, stands in front of the viewer. The idea of this new arrangement of the works comes from the colorful tableau studies prepared for the National Concert Hall in the Palace of Arts.
